After having been tested on their physical strength, their style and their creativity in various challenges, the raft building challenge called on Mr World contestants team building skills and ingenuity.

To put extra pressure on the teams, they would be allowed to start the race according to how fast they were able to complete their design, with a ten second difference between each squad.
