Host nation representative Chris is a sportsman, born and bred in the city of Liverpool. Healthy living is key for Chris; wholesome foods, sunshine and lots of exercise. A sports development graduate, Chris has worked as a community football coach in Everton, and is a competitive footballer, golfer and hurdler. He hopes to inspire others and be a role model for future generations.

Q -What would a typical workout involve for you?
-I work with weights doing a body part each day, adding cardio 3 times a week each session. Each session consists of 5 activities with 4 sets of around 20 reps.

Q -Who is your greatest role model?
-It would be my sister. She saves people’s lives every day, is loving, caring and always positive. She succeeded in life and pushes me.
Q -What is the most extreme thing you have ever done?
-Kayaking in a huge lake when I was younger, curing my fears of water and now I think I am a great swimmer.
Q -Which challenge event do you feel most confident about?
-Sports, because I live for sports.
